When will my order arrive?
Orders of 1–20 products normally require 2 full business days for preparation, followed by transport time. See our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated total times by destination. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Where can I find ingredients and directions?
Open the “Ingredients / INCI” and “How to Use” sections on each product page. Ingredients and instructions differ between products.
Are all products fragrance-free?
No. Some products contain fragrance or essential oils. Check the full INCI list, including ingredients such as Parfum/Fragrance, when choosing a formula that fits your preferences.
Will a product suit my sensitive skin?
Individual sensitivities differ, including sensitivities to natural ingredients. Read the ingredient list and product directions carefully. A product name or natural-origin claim does not mean it will suit every person.
Are the products tested on animals?
According to our manufacturer, Selfnamed, neither its finished products nor ingredients are tested on animals. Read the manufacturer’s statement.
Are all products organic or vegan?
No blanket claim applies to the whole range. COSMOS Natural and COSMOS Organic certification varies by formula, and vegan status is a separate matter. Contact us if you need confirmation for a particular product.
